Britain's Midwives in open revolt,

Cathy Warwick, Chief Executive of the RCM - ugly on the outside and incredibly ugly on the inside as well!

Britain's Midwives are in open revolt, several major media outlets have taken up the story, a number of prominent politicians have spoken out and, of course, the general public - so far over 28,000 of you! - have rejected the Royal College of Midwives (RCM) extremist stance on abortion.

What have they done? The RCM are formally supporting the British Pregnancy Advisory Service's (BPAS) – Britain’s largest abortion provider's - campaign for the decriminalisation of abortion. As Chief Executive of BPAS, Ann Furedi said "...there should be no legal upper limit [on when abortions can be performed], that is what taking it out of the criminal law means." The RCM and BPAS therefore are campaigning for abortion up until birth for any reason.

Since we started this petition, the Chief Executive of the RCM, Cathy Warwick, has begun to waver and has indicated she might even consult the rest of the RCM on this important matter! You might be wondering why she didn't consult them before... so are we!

Sign our petition to Cathy Warwick, asking her to retract the RCM's support for BPAS' extremist abortion stance and asking her to consult the other members of the RCM on this important issue! #NotInOurName
