The Nestlé Corporation is well on it's way to implementing a global strategy with the aim of completely privatising all access to water. Back in 2000 at the World Water Forum, Nestlé successfully lobbied to stop water from being declared a universal right.
All over the world they are buying up local water resources, draining the aquifers on which the local population depends and bottling this water to resell at prices which most cannot afford.
