...Pernilla Hagberg say that she believes the CIA and the American secret service NSA are behind it. "It is very nice for a organisation to be able to control the weather and manipulate it after their own agenda."
She also says that the Swedish government may be involved.
"What I've heard there is a government resolution that accept chemtrails over Sweden.'
But Pernilla Hagberg are not getting much support from meteorological personal.
"I don`t believe in these things at all. I have a terrible hard time to believe that someone would manipulate the weather like that, "Anette Levin at SMHI (Swedens meteorological institute) says.
Many green party members have dissociated themselves from the theories after Pernilla Hagbergs gambit.
"There is enough real things to worry about when it comes to the environment, you don't have to make up crazy things," Gudrun Lindvall member of the green party in Katrineholm says.
