School uniforms to be 'chipped'

Here’s an idea! What if schools were properly run by highly paid, well qualified teachers with strict discipline, and classes were challenging, stimulating and very interesting, the children might not want to skip lessons?  What if it was difficult to pass exams and the children had to really work hard to do well?
Why is there all this truancy these days?  And the perceived need for ‘chips?’ Modern school education is dumbed down, the education system is designed by Common Purpose – types to deliberately be crap! The kids often leap about like apes, they swear at the teacher – and nothing gets done – and the kids know it.
I had to remove my daughter from a rotten school in Sheffield because an ape of a boy was acting like a lunatic and she was also about to go into a class run by the rottenest, scumbag ‘teacher’ I have ever encountered.  I actually believed she was in danger if she stayed there! This was in Junior School.
This boy would have had the ruler across his hand a few times and been stood in the corner in the old days. They can’t do this now. I once shouted at him and told him off myself in the school playground after he barged roughly, and selfishly into a little girl and literally knocked her off her feet!  A ‘teacher’ immediately ran over to tell me off and comfort him! He was an absolutely indulged swine of a child!

If I ran the education system of this country it would be very different!  No chips would be needed and every classroom would have a plimsoll hanging on the wall with “BUM” written on the sole!  What about the bigger children, they are often bigger than the teacher, you may ask?  Well, divide and conquer, I would get 4 of his big friends to hold a bad boy down while he got walloped across the arse. And give the 4 lads a fiver ,or even a tenner, each for doing it!  You would literally only ever have to do this once!
