Hi M,
I'm sending this response to all on my Activist list.
Albert (Burgess) has said that even if the Queen has committed treason we cannot attack her in the same way that you cannot arrest a judge sitting in court - you can arrest him outside of court. Our problem is two-fold both the Queen and the Government are servants of the people - its part of the Constitution. The Lords too are servants of the people but they are not part of the problem at the moment save to say the Government want to do away with them. The Government is the Commons and that is us. The Government are us because we elected them to represent us but they have reneged and are screwing us and committing treason!
It would be a mistake to hassle the Queen as she is still well thought of by the public. Any attack on the Queen would be resisted by the people and the media would love it. The best line of attack is to go for the Government and when they have been sorted then we can find out what the Queen has been up to. If you try it the other way round the Government would declare a republic in the belief that it would please the public. I also think that the people of the Commonwealth, not their Governments, would also rebel.
Anyone disagree?

J,You forget something:The Queen is a Traitor, and the Forces have sworn allegiance to the Queen - but not to the UK or its people. This means that as long as the Forces continue active service - they cannot defend the People against Treason, but that they are a part of Treason as long as they remain in active service, and they will defend the Treasonous Queen and her Treasonous Politicians who she allowed to sign illegal and unlawful EU Treaties - on Her Behalf.Regards,M.NB. Maybe you are one who still believes that The Queen was forced to have EU Treaties signed on her behalf, and that although she has supreme power - she has been unable to remove Treasonous Governments for 40yrs, although it is her paramount duty to protect the UK and its People. She has broken her Coronation Oath. Her sworn duty on the Holy Bible - to protect United Kingdom citizens!
