To ban civil servants from being "a member of, an associate of or attending any course or function either directly or indirectly of " Common Purpose.
Could be a pointless petition as we soon will not have a Civil Service in Britain, once all of the power and money is in the Common Purpose riddled Third Sector! We are nearly there!
