Foreign Secretary ably demonstrates the ‘fur coat and no knickers’ nature of the UK’s approach to human rights in China and Tibet
Herr Miliscum and Chairman Tosspotnoodle.
Following a lightening visit to China during which he failed to deliver an unequivocal public statement on human rights and never publicly mentioned Tibet, the Foreign Secretary David Miliband today launches the UK’s Annual Report on Human Rights. (more whitewash!)
This juxtaposition of events serves to highlight the stark gap between UK government rhetoric and practice. When in China the Foreign Secretary should have taken the opportunity to make a strong and unequivocal public statement on the British government’s concern about human rights violations in Tibet to a Chinese audience - the Chinese administration and the Chinese people.
And tomorrow the umpteenth UK China Human Rights Dialogue resumes, having been cancelled by China in January as a slap on the wrist for the British government’s criticism of China over the execution of Briton Akmal Shaikh. The timing of the resumption of the dialogue is not coincidental: it has allowed the Foreign Secretary to travel to China with an apparently clean bill of human rights health.
Free Tibet Director Stephanie Brigden commented:
“The British government’s approach to addressing human rights violations in Tibet and China is clearly a case of ‘fur coat and no knickers’: rich talk about human rights conceals a poor reality: there are no human rights improvements in Tibet as a result of years of so-called ‘constructive engagement’. ”
UK government holds up dialogue in itself and meetings between British Ministers and their counterparts as concrete results, despite the fact that the human rights situation for Tibetans in Tibet has actually seriously deteriorated. As the Foreign Secretary landed in China the Chinese administration in Lhasa were cracking down on ordinary people in a ‘strike hard’ campaign aimed at intimidating dissenting Tibetan voices.
Recognising the ineffectiveness of current UK policy, the Foreign Affairs Select Committee in its most recent Annual Human Rights Review stated: "There remains little evidence that the British Government’s policy of constructive dialogue with China has led to any significant improvements."

The piles of debris strewn across this garden make it look just like a rubbish tip.But on closer inspection, it is revealed to be a makeshift camp for drunken Eastern European immigrants. They camp out in residents' gardens, sheds and even their trees. Those who live in the street in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire are powerless to remove them.
Backyard invaded: Ian Treasure, unable to get rid of the illegal immigrant who now calls his back garden home
Despite six phone calls to Peterborough City Council pleading with them to evict the immigrants and remove the mountains of dumped rubbish, he could not get the man to leave.
Mr Treasure said: 'The area has become overrun. It is disgusting and the worst thing is that nobody is doing anything about it. Every day it gets worse.
'It all started in November. I was looking out of the window and I saw a mattress in my coal shed. I went out and it turned out I had a lodger there. 'I'm not sure how many there are because I try to stay away from them but I'm fed up because they regularly drink in our gardens and take drugs.'
He added: 'The police's hands are tied. All they can do is just move them on and then they would be back so it would be a waste of time.'
A spokesman for Cambridgeshire police said that the makeshift camps were not a criminal matter.He said: 'Anybody is allowed to use reasonable force to stop people trespassing and get them off their property - much like a bouncer in a pub or club.
'If there is some sort of confrontation then we can step in and prevent a breach of the peace, but we cannot act directly against the trespassers.'
A spokesman for Peterborough council said: 'We are aware of a number of people who are sleeping in these gardens.'We will be working to help them access the services which are available to them.'

Decoding the term “Total Quality Management” is impossible without an understanding of the Marxist foundation upon which it was built. I use the word “Decoding” because so many of the dialectic concepts are masked by nice sounding double-talk.
TOTAL= Holistic, Gestalt, Global QUALITY= People. (Also slang, short for TQM systems in general, e.g. “We have a Quality Organization.”) MANAGEMENT= the facilitators, the agents of change.
With this background we arrive at our current application of the dialectic in our nation. I would like to now focus on the role that your local law enforcement agency has in the “re-culturing of America.” Your local beat cop has a special part to play, and he doesn’t even realize it. Not only has TQM change agents restructured many of the police departments in America, they are now in a position to turn the police themselves into the facilitators of the community through a program called COPs, or Community Oriented Policing. COPs is a federally funded program administered through the U.S. Department of Justice. What is COPs? The most succinct definition I found was in a DJ brochure:
COMMUNITY POLICING WHAT IS IT?
Shift in philosophy about police duties vs. community responsibilities to a team concept of TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT of the community. Re-identifying the police role as a FACILITATOR in the community (Emphasis mine).
Translation: Transformation from a constitutionally empowered local police force performing their duty to keep the peace to that of a change agent working within the community to affect a Marxist paradigm shift. Pay close attention to what the influential German Marxist Georg Lukacs had to say about who the facilitators are in the community: “The institutions in socialist society which act as the facilitators between the public and private realms are the Soviets. They (facilitators) are the congresses (diverse groups), which facilitate the debate (dialoguing to consensus) of universal problems (social issues) in the context of the everyday.”
1. Leaders of the community (law enforcement, government, business, education, health, civic, non-profit, medical, religious, etc.) collaborating to identify problems in the community, what the significant impact on people will be, and suggesting solutions to those problems. (This is POP, or Problem Oriented Policing.)
2. Identifying common ground, where all factions of a community can work together for the COMMON GOOD of the community in a broader problem-solving approach. Forming a partnership between police and the rest of the community where each is accountable to each other and the community as a whole. (Emphasis mine. End of COPs definition).
Note the reference to the “common good,” the ever-present ideal in the communist state. Individual rights become subordinated to the so-called greater good. This raises serious concern over the role of the police officer in society as a “partner” with community groups and social service programs, which, due to the blurring of lines of responsibility, are unaccountable to the public (voters)…..”

I’m all for ‘promoting mutual trust” and “cooperation between the people and the police” and “empowering neighborhoods.” These “positive social changes” are the selling points for Community Policing. But in reality, those appealing ideals camouflage the vehicle of Marxist change.
Who asked the citizenry if they wanted their communities “transformed” and their government “reinvented”? Who asked parents if they wanted their children to learn with their feelings instead of learning facts? Who asked your local police officers if they wanted their beliefs and attitudes manipulated? No one asked because if someone did, they would have been run out of town. Instead, using dialectic-reasoning skills, they have schemed to seduce, deceive and manipulate every community in the land into a utopian vision of so-called “unity in diversity.” These social engineers have no intention of taking America back to individual conscience within the family structure in order to preserve domestic peace and tranquility. That would mean a return to recognizing and submitting to the higher Authority. This “vision” has failed wherever it has been tried. By participating in the dialectic, we have deified human reason; traded in God and truth for relative values and consensus; and abandoned individual liberty and inalienable rights for the common good and diversity. In the final analysis, we are destined for Totalitaria, and worse, the loss of our souls….”

Some of this reasoning sounds like it was lifted straight out of Cisernos' Broken Window Theory. Back in the 80s, "full blown fear" was defined as what happens in neighborhoods when people feel like nobody cares and nobody's in charge. The communitarian solution to American's full blown fear was to create a new federal police force called community oriented policing. Fifteen years later most Americans do not know they have a 100,000+ communitarian police force..."

Tony Blair has earned “hundreds of thousands of pounds” from a lucrative contract with oil company UI Energy, one of the biggest investors in post-war Iraq’s oilfields.
Details of Mr Blair’s dealings have emerged after his frantic attempts to keep them secret ended after they were published by theAdvisory Committee on Business Appointments (ACBA).
The news has dealt another blow to the British people’s confidence in the honesty of their public servants and institutions, as the ACBA had allowed Mr Blair to keep the deal secret for at least 20 months.
The ACBA, set up to vet the jobs of former ministers in order to ease public concerns about their use of contacts made in public service for financial gain, is packed with former politicians from all of the three Westminster political parties and their associates.
It is therefore not surprising that they have never prevented any former politicians from taking lucrative jobs in the private sector. Earlier this month, the Government rejected calls for the appointment of more committee members from outside the world of politics.
Mr Blair is known to have made in excess of £20 million since leaving Westminster in 2007, although many of his business dealings and other ventures are clouded in secrecy, so the true extent of his earnings can only be guessed at.
However, many of his lucrative deals can be traced directly to his actions in involving Britain in the illegal Iraqi war.
Not bad for the leader of a ’socialist’ political party of the champagne variety which managed to bankrupt Britain and ruin the prosperity of the British people.
Aldous Huxley's "Brave New World" (1931) was not so much science fiction or cautionary tale, as prophecy based on the author's insider knowledge of Illuminati plans. We have the privilege of living in a world that is starting to morph into Huxley's.
The novel describes a "mild dictatorship" implemented by a "magical governance". This is a dictatorship implemented through the excitement of the human senses, through the narcosis of the conscience, through effects of seduction, a seduction mixed with the subversion of the intimate space.
For these achievements, the Soma, a drug (psychotropic drugs) and television are essential. TV is the most efficient means for brainwashing and controlling society.
Television has a "magical effect", one of excitement, of induction of sensations of pleasure and inflaming the imagination. TV is not imposed by force on people; it is desired by the population for its fascination, of seduction, for the cathartic experience much of a shamanic type, for the powerful excitement and narcosis produced.
In Huxley's "Brave New World" everyone is encouraged to watch television and consume the ubiquitous drug Soma. Soma is a hallucinogenic that replicates religious experiences, eliminating God and the need for religion. Soma and television are complementary.
SEX
In "Brave New World" recreational sex is also an integral part of society. According to "The World State" (New World Order Government), sex is a social activity, not a means of reproduction, and sexual activity, including homosexuality, is encouraged from early childhood. The fertile women are conditioned to use birth control.
The maxim "everyone belongs to everyone else" is repeated often, and the idea of a "family" is considered pornographic. Love and emotional relationships are rendered obsolete because they are no longer needed. Marriage, natural birth, parenthood, and pregnancy are considered too obscene to be mentioned in casual conversation. Thus, "society has advanced to a new level of sexual comprehension".
In this "satanic idealization" of the human future, totally cut-off from God and healthy human nature, the population of the world is "unified" under "The World State", where the promise is an eternally peaceful, stable global society in which goods and resources are plentiful.
The population is limited to no more than two billion people, and everyone is promised happiness. Natural reproduction has been done away with, and children are decanted and raised in "Hatcheries" and "Conditioning Centres." No more family relationship; no more mothers and fathers; no more grand parents, brothers and sisters; no cousins, no uncles and aunts, no more family.
Society is divided into five castes, created in these centres. The highest caste is allowed to develop naturally while it matures in its "decanting bottle" (this is the cast of the the rulers), while the lower castes are treated to chemical interference (new vaccines, additives, gm food and psycho. drugs?- cheesy) to cause arrested development in intelligence and physical growth.
The castes are Alphas, Betas, Gammas, Deltas, and Epsilons, with each caste further split into "Plus" and "Minus" members. Each Alpha or Beta is the product of one fertilized egg developing into one foetus. The rest are clones obtained from the splitting of one embryo 96 times. One ovary may produce thousands of artificial children.
This artificial production of specialized children bolsters the termite-modeled programming of the society.
EDUCATION
The "hypnopaedic process" is the process in which they teach the embryos all the lessons "THEY" want them to know. Children are conditioned from birth to value consumption with such platitudes as "buy a new one instead of fixing the old one", etc.
In The World State, people die at age 60 (people are "mind grafted" to accept euthanasia, -- premature death). Death isn't feared; anyone reflecting upon it is reassured by the knowledge that everyone is happy, and that society goes on. Since no one has family, they have no ties to mourn.
Citizens participate in mock religious services called Solidarity Services, in which they consume large quantities of Soma and sing hymns; the ritual progresses through group hypnosis and climaxes in an orgy of all sexual perversity, just as in the “satanic mass.”
