You haven’t seen how any government bureaucracy works. Suppose you allocate them $100 million to set up a fund. The first think they will spend the money will be on a new office block next to a golf course. Then there will be the furnishings – new plush carpets, the latest in executive chairs and desks, the latest high-performance PC’s. Not forgetting the computer support contracts. This comment by Wildcat perfectly describes Non Governmental Organisations (NGOs) which are usually both a charity and a business at the same time.
The board who run any NGO will consist of SPECIAL selected people (selected and trained by Common Purpose, or a similar bogus “training scheme”) They are not ELECTED, they are S-ELECTED so you cannot get rid of them, or replace them with decent people who would do a better job.
