The Manhattan Declaration

An Ecumenical, Dominionist/Reconstructionist Manifesto Drafted by a Member of the Council on Foreign Relations Who Serves UNESCO

The Manhattan Declaration,drafted and signed in Oct/Nov 2009, is an Evangelical/Roman Catholic/Eastern Orthodox manifesto which represents another ecumenical (bridge-building) milestone toward the final goal of creating a one-world religion for the worship of Lucifer. The dialectical process had been utilized in achieving this ecumenical unity as diversity was able to set aside its theological differences and find common ground on three social issues: life, marriage, and liberty.

Dr. R. Albert Mohler, President of The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, who was among the signers of this declaration, provides his reasons for doing so on his website:

"The Culture of Death looms over our civilization, threatening every human being and the very right of our fellow citizens to experience life and to be respected at every stage of development. The statement calls for all Christians to 'be united and untiring in our efforts to roll back the license to kill that began with the abandonment of the unborn to abortion.' But the issue of the sanctity of human life reaches far beyond abortion, to the threats of genocide, 'ethnic cleansing,' euthanasia, assisted suicide, and the destruction of human embryos for medical experimentation."

Dr. Mohler says that all Christians (referring to Catholics as well) must stand against abortion, genocide, ethnic cleansing, euthanasia, assisted suicide and the destruction of human embryos. However, his Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission of the SBC (Dr. Mohler is the founding fellow of its think tank) and his Focus on the Family (Dr. Mohler is a board member) as well as many other organizations represented in the Manhattan Declaration are affiliated with the UN which is the foremost promoter of population control on the planet. The following are some of the other signers of The Manhattan Declaration that are affiliated with the UN: Chuck Colson (Manhattan Declaration drafting committee)-Prison Fellowship International (UN-NGO), James Dobson-Focus on the Family (UN-NGO), Richard Land-The Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission of the SBC (UN-NGO), Tony Perkins-Family Research Council (UN-NGO), Donald Wildmon-American Family Association (UN-NGO) and representatives from the United Methodist Chuch (UN-NGO). There are many prominent Roman Catholic Bishops and Roman Catholic organizations represented in the Manhattan Declaration. They are also affiliated with the UN as Vatican City is a sovereign city-state and its government, the Holy See, has Non-member State Permanent Observer status at the United Nations. According to the website of the Permanent Observer Mission of the Holy See to the United Nations:

"In the context of the 40th anniversary of the Holy See’s Permanent Observer Mission to the UN, on 1 July 2004, the General Assembly adopted a Resolution, by acclamation, confirming and strengthening the rights of the Holy See as a Permanent Observer in the UN. The Holy See now enjoys, among other things, the right to participate in the general debate of the General Assembly; the right of reply; the right to have its communications issued and circulated directly as official documents of the Assembly; and the right to co-sponsor draft resolutions and decisions that make reference to the Holy See."

The United Nations and Eugenics

The early 20th century eugenics movement which desired the culling of those deemed unfit to live (social Darwinism) morphed into population control conducted by the UN and directed by the same elite families who directed the eugenics societies (click here to learn more). How can these Manhattan Declaration signers, therefore, oppose the depopulation agenda while they are leaders of UN-NGO's dedicated to the UN's agenda?

Today, the UN is active in worldwide population control-especially in poor and third world nations. Depopulation is accomplished through distribution of contraceptives, forced sterilizations, abortions, and as some believe, by other means such as AIDS and H1N1. The UN has also passively allowed genocide to occur in places like Rwanda, Sudan, Darfur, Zimbabwe and perhaps is currently facilitating genocide in Haiti.

The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) supports depopulation policies such as China's "one child policy":

"The United Nations Population Fund directly supports policies such as that of the 'one child policy' in Communist China which encapsulates coercive and enforced abortion. In 2002 Secretary of State Colin Powell stated in a letter to Congress:

"Regrettably, the People's Republic of China has in place a regime of severe penalties on women who have unapproved births. This regime plainly operates to coerce pregnant women to have abortions in order to avoid the penalties and therefore amounts to a ‘program of coercive abortion.’ Regardless of the modest size of UNFPA’s budget in China or any benefits its programs provide, UNFPA's support of, and involvement in, China's population-planning activities allows the Chinese government to implement more effectively its program of coercive abortion.”

"Yet the UNPFA [sic] seem to think this is a great thing:

"'China has had the most successful family planning policy in the history of mankind in terms of quantity and with that, China has done mankind a favour,' United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) representative Sven Burmester said last week. —10/11/99 Agence France-Presse." 1.

"NEW YORK, February 10, 2005 (LifeSiteNews.com) – The Philippine Ambassador to the UN, Lauro Baja Jr., said the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) has allotted the equivalent of US $26 million to fund 'reproductive health projects' in the Philippines through 2009. In UNspeak, 'reproductive health' is a standard euphemism for sterilization, artificial contraceptives and abortion. In many cases the euphemistic language popular with UN abortion-supporters is coupled with the jargon of the environmental movement that equates human population with environmental damage." 2.

International Planned Parenthood Federation is an NGO of the UN that has a similar depopulation agenda. "Margaret Sanger's Birth Control League reappeared as Planned Parenthood Federation, and eugenics as a whole emerged as population control." 3.

Manhattan Declaration's Dominionist/Recontructionist Agenda and Calvinism

The Manhattan Declaration appears to be the "reclaiming America" version of the Evangelicals & Catholics Together Document. The Manhattan Declaration is about reforming and rebuilding the culture; for it is stated within the section on marriage: "...if we are to begin the critically important process of reforming our laws and mores to rebuild such a culture..." Are Christians called to reform laws and rebuild culture? This is the agenda of the Dominionist/ Reconstructionist movement.

The Southern Baptist Convention has been transitioning to Calvinism for years and it appears that Dr. Al Mohler is a Calvinist and a Dominionist. Many other Calvinists are also on board with this Dominionist agenda as The Manhattan Declaration has several Calvinist signers: Joel Betz and Marvin Olasky (World Mag), Dr. Robert C Cannada, Jr. (Reformed Theological Seminary), Ligon Duncan (Pres. Alliance of Confessing Evangelicals), William Edgar (Westminster Theological Seminary), J.I. Packer (Regent College), Jerry Newcombe (Coral Ridge Ministries)...

Three men are on the Drafting Committee of the Manhattan Declaration. Robert George, listed first, is a Roman Catholic married to a Jew and according to his profile on the Princeton University website, is not only dedicated to the UN agenda as he serves on UNESCO's World Commission on the Ethics of Scientific Knowledge and Technology, but he is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations:

Robert George: The "Conservative-Christian" Big Thinker

Robert George is featured in a New York Times magazine article published 12/16/09 titled "The Conservative-Christian Big Thinker." Within this article, which is about Robert George and the Manhattan Declaration he drafted, numerous assertions are made that he is a conservative Christian. The article's second paragraph describes George as "this country's most influential conservative Christian thinker." From the same NY Times article:

"Karl Rove told me he considers George a rising star on the right... Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia told me he numbers George among the most-talked-about thinkers in conservative legal circles. And Newt Gingrich called him “an important and growing influence” on the conservative movement..." “If there really is a vast right-wing conspiracy,” the conservative Catholic journal Crisis concluded a few years ago, “its leaders probably meet in George’s kitchen.” "With the death of the Rev. Richard John Neuhaus, a Lutheran minister turned Roman Catholic priest who helped bring evangelicals and Catholics together into a political movement, George has assumed his mantle as the reigning brain of the Christian right."

From the same article: "Glenn Beck, the Fox News talker and a big George fan, likes to introduce him as 'one of the biggest brains in America,' or, on one broadcast, 'Superman of the Earth.'" Glenn Beck is a Mormon and is known as a conservative political commentator. Has he ever criticized Robert George's membership in the CFR? Probably not given that Beck works for Fox News which is owned by Rupert Murdoch's News Corporation and according to membership lists, Rupert Murdoch is also a member of the CFR.

Since the UN and the CFR are fully dedicated to the creation of a one-world government (David Rockefeller is the Honorary Chairman of the CFR), and since both organizations are dedicated to the destruction of US sovereignty and biblical Christianity, why would the NY Times have us believe that a Roman Catholic who serves UNESCO and is a member of the CFR is a conservative Christian? Is it because those who control the NY Times want undiscerning Christians following the satanic agenda of the "conservative Christian" Manhattan Declaration drafters which will lead them into the one-world religion?

Since Robert George drafted the Manhattan Declaration, and since the Manhattan Declaration is being promoted in the media as a Christian manifesto, Christians would expect that the bible or that the acknowledgement of divine authority would provide the basis for Robert George's personal standards and beliefs; but this expectation would be very wrong as the NY Times article reveals:

"George is the leading voice for a group of Catholic scholars known as the new natural lawyers. He argues for the enforcement of a moral code [the Noahide Laws?] as strictly traditional as that of a religious fundamentalist. What makes his natural law 'new' is that it disavows dependence on divine revelation or biblical Scripture — or even history and anthropology. Instead, George rests his ethics on a foundation of 'practical reason': 'invoking no authority beyond the authority of reason itself,' as he put it in one essay."

On a final note, Robert George, who poses as a conservative Christian while serving UNESCO and the CFR's agenda, has found common ground with Dr. Al Mohler, who also poses as a conservative Christian and who also serves the UN agenda as a leader of two UN-NGO's. (It should be noted that Dr. Mohler's superior at The Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission, Richard Land, is also a CFR member). Therefore, it shouldn't be surprising to learn that Robert George has lectured at Dr. Mohler's Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. 4.

The Militarization of Emergency Aid to Haiti: Is it a Humanitarian Operation or an Invasion?

Haiti has a longstanding history of US military intervention and occupation going back to the beginning of the 20th Century. US interventionism has contributed to the destruction of Haiti's national economy and the impoverishment of its population.

The devastating earthquake is presented to World public opinion as the sole cause of the country's predicament.

A country has been destroyed, its infrastructure demolished. Its people precipitated into abysmal poverty and despair.

Haiti's history, its colonial past have been erased.

The US military has come to the rescue of an impoverished Nation. What is its Mandate?

Is it a Humanitarian Operation or an Invasion?

The main actors in America's "humanitarian operation" are the Department of Defense, the State Department and the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). (See USAID Speeches: On-The-Record Briefing on the Situation in Haiti, 01/13/10). USAID has also been entrusted in channelling food aid to Haiti, which is distributed by the World Food Program. (See USAID Press Release: USAID to Provide Emergency Food Aid for Haiti Earthquake Victims, January 13, 2010)

The military component of the US mission, however, tends to overshadow the civilian functions of rescuing a desperate and impoverished population. The overall humanitarian operation is not being led by civilian governmental agencies such as FEMA or USAID, but by the Pentagon.

The dominant decision making role has been entrusted to US Southern Command (SOUTHCOM).

A massive deployment of military hardware and personnel is contemplated. The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Admiral Mike Mullen has confirmed that the US will be sending nine to ten thousand troops to Haiti, including 2000 marines. (American Forces Press Service, January 14, 2010)

Aircraft carrier, USS Carl Vinson and its complement of supporting ships has already arrived in Port au Prince. (January 15, 2010). The 2,000-member Marine Amphibious Unit as well as and soldiers from the U.S. Army's 82nd Airborne division "are trained in a wide variety of missions including security and riot-control in addition to humanitarian tasks."

In contrast to rescue and relief teams dispatched by various civilian organizations, the humanitarian mandate of the US military is not clearly defined:

“Marines are definitely warriors first, and that is what the world knows the Marines for,... [but] we’re equally as compassionate when we need to be, and this is a role that we’d like to show -- that compassionate warrior, reaching out with a helping hand for those who need it. We are very excited about this.” (Marines' Spokesman, Marines Embark on Haiti Response Mission, Army Forces Press Services, January 14, 2010)

While presidents Obama and Préval spoke on the phone, there were no reports of negotiations between the two governments regarding the entry and deployment of US troops on Haitian soil. The decision was taken and imposed unilaterally by Washington. The total lack of a functioning government in Haiti was used to legitimize, on humanitarian grounds, the sending in of a powerful military force, which has de facto taken over several governmental functions.....

A recent article in the London Financial Times indicates why it is impossible to gain an accurate estimate of the wealth of the trillionaire bankers. Discussing the sale of Evelyn Rothschild’s stake in Rothschild Continuation Holdings, it states: …[this] requires agreement on the valuation of privately held assets whose value has never been tested in a public market. Most of these assets are held in a complex network of tax-efficient structures around the World.

Queen Elizabeth II’s shareholdings remain hidden behind Bank of England Nominee accounts. The Guardian newspaper reported in May 2002 … “the reason for the wild variations in valuations of her private wealth can be pinned on the secrecy over her portfolio of share investments. Unlike the members of the Commons and now the Lords, the Queen does not have to annually declare her interests and as a result her subjects cannot question her or know about potential conflicts of interests…” In fact, the Queen even has an extra mechanism to ensure that her investments remain secret – a nominee company called the Bank of England Nominees. It has been available for decades to the entire World’s current heads of state to allow them anonymity when buying shares. Therefore, when a company publishes a share register and the Bank of England Nominees is listed, it is not possible to gauge whether the Queen, President Bush or even Saddam Hussein is the true shareholder.

By this method, the trillionaire masters of the universe remain hidden whilst Forbes magazine poses lower ranking billionaires like Bill Gates and Warren Buffett as the richest men in the World. Retired management consultant Gaylon Ross Sr, author of Who’s Who of the Global Elite, has been tipped from a private source that the combined wealth of the Rockefeller family in 1998 was approx (US) $11 trillion and the Rothschilds (U.S.) $100 trillion.
