Nobody would argue that the U.S.A. does not have a Constitution, or that it is not reliable, sensible and fully functional. Americans are rightly proud of their Constitution. It is the best you can get, - and is based entirely on ours!

Because the British Constitution has developed over along period of time, it is contained in several documents. The Americans were able to merge all of its principles together into one document. That is the only difference. If anyone says we have no written constitution in Britain – they are either seriously mistaken, or a liar.

Common Law was established by Alfred the Great, who reigned from 871-899AD. He compiled the laws and customs of the nation into the "Liber Judicialis," based on the Ten Commandments and the Golden Rule. Alfred's son, Edward, declared, “To all who are charged with the administration of public affairs I give the express command that they show themselves in all things to be just judges precisely as in the Liber Judicialis it is written; nor shall any of them fear to declare the common law freely and courageously"

The Coronation Oath is the freely taken and mutual covenant between the Monarch and the People of Britain.

Magna Carta - a Common Law document - was originally signed in 1215, a contract between the knights, barons, clergy, townspeople and the King. Magna Carta affirmed the right of the People to such things as trial by jury, and protection from excessive fines.

The First Statute of Westminster, passed during the reign of Edward I. According to William Stubbs, the British constitutional historian,

This act is almost a code by itself; it contains fifty-one clauses, and covers the whole ground of legislation. Its language now recalls that of Canute or Alfred, now anticipates that of our own day; on the one hand common right is to be done to all, as well poor as rich, without respect of persons; on the other, elections are to be free, and no man is by force, malice or menace, to disturb them. The spirit of the Great Charter is not less discernible: excessive amercements, abuses of wardship, irregular demands for feudal aids, are forbidden in the same words or by amending enactments.

Clause 15, known as the Freedom of Election Act 1275, and is still in force today.

The Declaration of Right was imposed upon William and Mary as a condition of their assuming the Crown - in other words, they would only be elected by the People if they accepted its terms.

The Declaration of Right, and the Bill of Rights, clearly state that -

no foreign prince, person, prelate, state, or potentate hath, or ought to have, any jurisdiction, power, superiority, pre-eminence, or authority, ecclesiastical or spiritual, within this realm.

So it can clearly be seen that every EU treaty imposed upon us by Parliament, is unconstitutional. Here is the evidence that our present Monarch has indeed broken her Coronation Oath, by giving Royal Assent to these treaties.

Other constitutional rights given by these contracts -

• The right to bear arms
• The right to petition the Sovereign
• Free men cannot be imprisoned without cause
• The Government cannot arrest any man because he disagrees with the Government’s policies
• Habeas Corpus is not to be denied
• No person will be compelled to make loans to the King, and there will be no tax without the approval of Parliament
• Soldiers and sailors will not be billeted on civilians
• Government will not impose martial law during peacetime

The right to bear arms gives every person the right to self defence using reasonable force, including deadly force if appropriate. Using tragic events as an excuse to remove that right has historically been the work of governments with good reason to fear their people - governments intent on some kind of future totalitarian control of their populations.

Conclusion: Today the British Constitution is in grave danger. Moves are afoot to replace the Bill of Rights and the Act of Settlement. These are to be replaced by a new "Bill of Rights" and a European constitution.

Britain's constitutional documents are timeless, and were constructed by the People. The new "constitutional" documents will be written by politicians. Which would you trust? Parliament has grabbed executive power from the Crown. The House of Lords has become a body which blindly follows the party whip. And today, our Monarch simply complies with the wishes of the Prime Minister, with no thought or consideration to our sovereignty or the Constitution. Nor, it seems, to the solemn oath she took at her Coronation. “[executive power] will corrupt the legislature as necessarily as rust corrupts iron ... and when the legislature is corrupted, the people are undone.” John Adams.

It is up to us to fix this situation.

Anyone attempting to introduce a European constitution into Britain is a traitor to the British People and deserves the most serious punishment.

Spooks - and The British Constitution

The British Constitution Group Conference, London 31^st October '09. – Very good. Excellent lectures all day.

Brian Gerrish and Roger Hayes staged a “trial,” during the afternoon session, with a Grand Jury of 24 jurors instead of the normal 12. Apparently, we in England have a tradition of the Grand Jury of 24. The last time one actually sat was in the 1930's. An interesting piece of legal history!

The Grand Jury has the power to nullify unpopular legislation. Albert Burgess revived the tradition for this conference!

Well, it was assumed that the Main Stream Media, with all its lies and garbage over the years, was the defence’s case. So Roger and Albert outlined the case for the prosecution, and then the jury left the court to make their decision.

1) The Grand Jury found the British government guilty of treason to the British People. Unanimous

2) The Grand Jury found Tony Blair guilty of treason to the British People by repealing the treason act while Prime Minister, and they declared the repealing of the Treason Act null and void by their decision. Unanimous.

Judge Hayes (Roger) then donned what looked like an Ann Summers long blonde/white wig, and a black silk cloak and, with a little hammer, pronounced the guilty verdicts. The audience cheered the verdicts. Watch out Blair, Brown, Cameron and Co! No, seriously for a moment, - watch out you psychopathic, criminal scum!

Great fun – you need a little humour at these things because what we are dealing with is so serious, sickening and a bit creepy. It will probably be a few weeks before the videos of the talks go up online.

American Icon - Anthony Hilder, rounded the day off with a rousing and passionate, typically American, preacher-type talk. It was amusing too because, unlike everyone else who speaks from the lecturn on the stage, Hilder walks around on the floor among the audience pointing to people and touching them – back an forth across the room, “working the room.” Video camera-men followed him around for a film to go up on the Web.

Naturally, government agents ("Spooks" - My A*se!) do attend these conferences, monitoring for our rotten, cowardly government.

We thought we had spotted some of them at the last conference and, yes, here they were again – we were right! Guess what? They do not like being filmed! They thought they could just sit amongst the audience and blend in, but they were wrong. When Anthony Hilder happened to wander near to them with the cameras following him, their behaviour was bizarre!

They hid their weasel faces, or cringed and hung their empty heads! One scab even slid down her seat like an idiot adolescent! It was so obvious! What a bunch of evil, slimey, pathetic scaredy-cats! They drew attention to themselves at the last conference by being "smart arses" and trying to divert with daft, off-topic questions, but blew their cover completely this time – nobody else in the room behaved like that. Nice job! Have fun signing on the dole, You're Fired, ha ha !

After the conference, at a pub in St John’s Wood. It was Halloween. It was warm though the sky was clear, there was a beautiful full moon and a highly potent energy in the air, loads of teenagers/ students were in fancy Halloween costumes as devils, witches and goblins etc. and we were standing around talking about such creepy, dark subjects – like Common Purpose! It seemed fitting too, because the youngsters were all having such fun dressed up as dark creatures of the night, whereas we are facing up to and challenging the real ones! Also of course, it is young people like these that we are trying to protect from the future hell of the EU Communitarians.

As we remember the dead of two world wars, we in the nation for which they fought and died, can only watch in grim, enraged silence, as the usual parade of “leaders” shed their annual quota of crocodile tears at Westminster Abbey. But meanwhile, out here in the real world, as the Lisbon Treaty cleared its final hurdle and achieved full ratification by the full 27-member block of European “nations”, the final stages of preparations for the handover of British sovereignty to the continental dictatorship against which they gave their lives fighting, are being made in plain view of the entire world.

Only yesterday, on the eve of this tragic and solemn day of national mourning, the nest of Fabian traitors in Westminster, under the sponsorship of the Hansard Society (little more than a thinly disguised branch of the LSE), were so brazen as to hold a farcical and utterly delphic “debate” on the “winners and losers” of Constitutional Reform. In a fatuous two hour “discussion” on the last 10 years of Constitutional Reform in UK, not one mention was made of the Lisbon Treaty, which de facto replaces the British Constitution, making any further debate and discussion on reform of said constitution an exercise in total futility.

This is not a mistake. The panel knew full well that the “reforms” they continue to try to ram through our Parliament, are designed to facilitate the transfer of power from Westminster to the unelected EU Dictatorship, via regional bodies and the quangocracy that do their dirty work. All this talk of “devolving power” down to local councils is nothing more than code speak for the “post democratic” Common Purpose takeover of the decision making that was formerly the province of central government.

After the formal proceedings were finished, we lingered in the corridor with the intent of confroting one or more of the panel members with some hard facts. As it happened, I was able to speak directly to Sir George Young, Shadow Leader of the House of Commons. After pointing out that the implementation of the Lisbon Treaty effectively nullified the British Constitution, he appeared distinctly uncomfortable and could only muster the remark that “his party had robustly argued for a Referendum on the issue” and that their policy on the subject was “on their website”. Well all I can say that it is mighty comforting, in view of the greatest political crisis this country has ever faced, that our opposition cannot muster the courage to break the taboo on these matters in a public debate, in the “mother of Parliaments”. Are we ruled by imbeciles, or just cowards? Either way, they are a disgrace to the courageous men and women of generations past that we honour today.

But, they are not alone in their cowardice are they? To quote Shakespeare, “The Fault, Dear Brutus, is not in our stars, but in ourselves, that we are underlings“.

And so, as we sound the last post for Democracy in Great Britain, and Europe itself, will the British people finally rise up from their long slumber and say NO to this incremental conspiracy that has lulled us in it’s Fabian embrace? It is now down to us, each and every one of us, to draw the line in the sand, and summon forth the spirit of great leaders past, for as we were once darkly warned:

“If you will not fight for right when you can easily win without blood shed; if you will not fight when your victory is sure and not too costly; you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precarious chance of survival. There may even be a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no hope of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves.”

Recently, solar activity has dropped significantly and the Earth has cooled despite the continued rise in CO2.

Ironically, if Prime Minister Wilson had taken us into the Vietnam War and we had had conscription into the armed services like the USA, Blair, Brown and much of this NuLab garbage would have been called up to fight for nothing, in a war for drugs, instead of poncing around in the Commie Party with the Fabians, plotting and planning hateful acts against their own people! They might have come back from Vietnam in a body-bag or with their legs blown off. Now they get our young people do this for them while they get rich, the hypocritical scumbags!

Brown and Blair paid no University fees, and received non-repayable student grants, but look how they have stuffed young people in return.
They all started out in adult life debt. free with prospects.
They have never been jobless, homeless, struggled or gone without.

These people have multiple homes that they do not use much, their buildings stand virtually empty while young British people, young ex-service men suffering from shell shock - PTS Disorder, sleep on the street, take drugs and drink themselves to death.
These people step over the homeless on their way to champagne soirees.
They could not care less!
Every single one of these people secretly hate and despise working-class youngsters.

Or science czar John Holdren, who has advocated sterilizing welfare recipients and seizing babies born to unwed mothers, and predicted one billion people would die in "carbon-dioxide induced famines" caused by – are you ready? – a coming new ice age.

You'll meet people like Equal Employment Opportunity Commissioner nominee Chai Feldblum, who endorses polygamy, and AIDS czar Jeffrey S. Crowley – both openly homosexual. Then there's Patrick Gaspard, officially the "director of the office of political affairs," but whom critics call "ACORN's man in the White House." And defense policy adviser Rosa Brooks, a George-Soros-trained ideologue and anti-military radical who urged the prosecution of President George W. Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney for "war crimes." And FCC diversity czar Mark Lloyd, who believes the so-called "Fairness Doctrine" – unanimously repealed by the FCC in 1987 – was never repealed, wants to destroy conservative talk radio, and described Marxist dictator Hugo Chavez's rise to power in Venezuela as "an incredible revolution."

And the list goes on. And on.



"In bypassing congressional approval and assembling an army of unaccountable czars," says Whistleblower editor David Kupelian, "President Obama is doing precisely the opposite of what he promised before being elected."

Indeed, on March 31, 2008, candidate Obama proclaimed, "The biggest problems that we're facing right now have to do with George Bush trying to bring more and more power into the executive branch and not go through Congress at all. Yet since his election, Obama has zealously pursued the most stunning power grab in modern history, not only through unthinkable federal spending and takeovers of entire industries like automotive and banking, and in-progress takeovers of healthcare and energy, but by creating a virtual shadow government of "czars" within the executive branch.

Just why would a president want to bypass customary Senate confirmation and accountability to congressional oversight committees when appointing his advisers?

Van Jones provided the answer. After Obama's "green jobs czar" was forced to resign in the middle of the night, following widely publicized revelations that he was a self-proclaimed communist and a racist conspiracy-monger, many people asked how Jones could have slipped through the White House's vetting process.

"Jones didn't slip through a sloppy vetting process," explains Kupelian. "He passed it with flying colors. Jones was exactly what Obama wanted. "Here's something rather rotten from the State of Denmark. Its government yesterday unveiled official research showing that two-year-old children are at risk from a bewildering array of gender-bending chemicals in such everyday items as waterproof clothes, rubber boots, bed linen, food, nappies, sunscreen lotion and moisturising cream.

The 326-page report, published by the environment protection agency, is the latest piece in an increasingly alarming jigsaw. A picture is emerging of ubiquitous chemical contamination driving down sperm counts and feminising male children all over the developed world. And anti-pollution measures and regulations are falling far short of getting to grips with it.

Sperm counts are falling so fast that young men are less fertile than their fathers and produce only a third as much, proportionately, as hamsters. And gender-bending chemicals are increasingly being blamed for the mystery of the "lost boys": babies who should normally be male who have been born as girls instead.

The Danish government set out to find out how much contamination from gender-bending chemicals a two-year-old child was exposed to every day. It concluded that a child could be "at critical risk" from just a few exposures to high levels of the substances, such as from rubber clogs, and imperilled by the amount it absorbed from sources ranging from food to sunscreens.

The results build on earlier studies showing that British children have higher levels of gender-bending chemicals in their blood than their parents or grandparents. Indeed WWF (formerly the World Wildlife Fund), which commissioned the older research, warned that the chemicals were so widespread that "there is very little, if anything, individuals can do to prevent contamination of themselves and their families." Prominent among them are dioxins, PVC, flame retardants, phthalates (extensively used to soften plastics) and the now largely banned PCBs, one and a half million tons of which were used in countless products from paints to electrical equipment.

Young boys, like those in the Danish study, could end up producing less sperm and developing feminised behaviour. Research at Rotterdam's Erasmus University found that boys whose mothers were exposed to PCBs and dioxins were more likely to play with dolls and tea sets and dress up in female clothes.

And it is in the womb that babies are most vulnerable; a study of umbilical cords from British mothers found that every one contained hazardous chemicals. Scientists at the University of Rochester in New York discovered that boys born to women exposed to phthalates had smaller penises and other feminisation of the genitals.

The contamination may also offer a clue to a mysterious shift in the sex of babies. Normally 106 boys are born for every 100 girls: it is thought to be nature's way of making up for the fact that men were more likely to be killed hunting or in conflict. But the proportion of females is rising, so much so that some 250,000 babies who statistically should have been boys have ended up as girls in Japan and the United States alone. In Britain, the discrepancy amounts to thousands of babies a year........"

A Sacrificial Celebration

The remembrance ceremony has become a blasphemous insult to God.
I am not buying a remembrance poppy to support the families of the war dead and wounded this year. I will never buy a poppy, ever again. And I will never support the British Legion again – I will have to find another way to support our injured service personnel, a way that will not involve worshipping war and horror, and giving to "charity."

I have bought a poppy every year for the last 50 years, that's enough! No more!
I was taught to do this as a small child of about 5 or 6, in Infant School, like most people in Britain and the Commonwealth, and have done so ever since without really thinking about it too deeply, until now. The poppy is a token to show our support of death and destruction.

What can be a more un-Christian, immoral and disgusting sight than our Queen and her “royal” family, with bishops and archbishops, her putrid Prime Minister and vile leaders of the opposition parties, her generals, admirals etc. and all her sickening, corrupt agents from across the Commonwealth celebrating and parading, at the Cenotaph in Whitehall, London, the sacrifice of hundreds of thousands – millions, of the bravest and best, decent (many pure-virginal - the traditional qualities) young people over the last 100 years? All of this, while knowing that they, the crooked, hateful Elite, have and are getting, secretly, fabulously rich from this wicked and unnecessary death/ cull. How evil, how wicked, is that?

I now believe that, for the Elite, the grand, ceremonial nature of the traditional London remembrance service is not about genuine, respectable remembrance and sorrow for dead service personnel; it is a glorification of bloodlust. It is a sacrificial celebration, and is intended to perpetuate the killing. The Elite are putting on a very serious and reverend show for the public but I believe they actually enjoy the evil Luciferic aspects of the blood-letting and revel in it.

They enjoy duping the people too, and must keep up the supply of virgins for sacrifice.
