News today (18/03/11) that the UN security council have approved a resolution to enforce a no fly zone in Libya. The war rhetoric of the west continues apace against Colonel Gadaffi's regime and it looks like it will only be a matter of time before this escalates into air strikes by the west - we shall see.

One question springs to mind - "Just where is the Middle East Envoy Tony Blair???"

Do the west care about Libyans or is it more to do with seizing assets - like oil? Perhaps if they are to be consistent they should help Bahrain and Yemen where there is also unrest.

I was thinking about Henry's 'How to Stop the NWO' piece. I think there has to be a new spirit of 'active good' sweeping the world.
Please allow me to explain.

The biggest truth concealed to us by the Illuminati is the nature of life itself: Life is where spirit meets matter. Life is an active expression of spirit.

The Illuminati Satanists seem to perceive the body as a host to fiercely express their spirituality. This is how they can organize theatrical bloodbaths such as world wars, they recognize life as a stage, our host bodies actors in a spiritual game. We have lost that perception.

When we lose sight of our spiritual capacities we lose touch with the immortal and become weak animals. I am reminded of a De Quincy quote, 'What was it that led me into the habitual use of opium? Misery- blank desolation- settled and abiding darkness-?' Tempt a life without meaning long enough and it will become fixated on drugs, drink or commoditized sex.

Even when good people are in touch with their spirituality, few view it as an active experience. They view spiritual ideals as objects of veneration rather than energies to be possessed by. Most Christians ignore the active example of Jesus. Take the story of Jesus confronting the moneychangers,
"Jesus entered the Temple area and drove out all who were buying and selling there. He overturned the tables of the moneychangers and the benches of those selling doves. 'It is written,' he said to them, 'My house will be called a house of prayer but you are making it a den of robbers.'" (Matthew 21:12-13)

How timely would it be for American Christians to enter the Federal Reserve, overturn the tables and throw Bernanke, etc. out?

Evil is winning right now because Satanists have a better understanding of reality and the expression of spirituality.

To me there seems no reason why it has to be this way, noble ideas can animate action even more than evil ones. To fight the NWO, we need to become a people driven to make good manifest and excited by the creative challenges to re-build our world.

My first experience of such action was a one-man campaign against the swine flu vaccine in my hometown. The media was certain of a coming pandemic. We were told that we must take a hastily prepared swine flu vaccine containing deadly ingredients like squalene that caused Gulf-war syndrome. Children were especially vulnerable, government fear-mongers insisted. I lived in a pleasant little town of 30,000 people. It contains 6 primary schools.

Seeing the threat I created an A4 leaflet exposing the vaccine using quotes from mainstream sources. I posted 500 of these through letterboxes and handed them to people on the street. There is no way parents would have allowed their children to be injected with that poison after my campaign.

During my campaign I felt a tremendous sense of relief. I no longer felt burdened by my understanding the horrible reality of life in the NWO. I knew how to survive it: do something.

The next logical step would be to try and join together and make stronger collective actions. The 500 English protesters who recently hijacked a courtroom and attempted a citizen's arrest of a judge are a good example.

It is worth noting that however small our actions may seem at first, they can accumulate. A tiny seed can grow into a 100ft oak tree. What else can be done? A few ideas come to mind.

To rail against debt slavery, introduce a new monetary system into your local area, even if it starts as three of you trading shells between yourselves! In Britain, 1,300 pubs closed down last year because the government taxed them out of business. Re-instate this plank of community!

Start a community pub, in your garage if needs be, and resist government attempts to close it down.
If a Church is promoting a passive, politically-correct view of Christianity, group together, close it down and re-open it with a message of active spirituality.
Heck, even if it all all failed miserably it sounds like great fun.

The bottom line is to take charge of our lives. Feel the empowerment those in power feel when they force their will onto physical reality, only this time use it for good.

What is the alternative? To sit back and torture yourself with thoughts of the impending doom of mankind?

Ultimately there is nothing to lose. The worst that could happen would be to lose your 'life', but by 'life' we really mean physical host. Physical reality is a medium to express our spirit, so the here and now is what really matters.

The Permanent and Destructive Affects of the Localism Bill. March 2011.

The more I have read about the Localism Bill the more I am aware of the vast permanent Constitutional changes it will have on our whole of the way of life in United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and also on its Constitution. Most certainly it will bring about the permanent division of the four Countries that make up the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and therefore its Constitution. Should there be a permanent division of Scotland from the rest of the UK, it will also stand a good chance of breaking up the Commonwealth, this through the Act of Settlement that is entrenched in the Treaty and Act of Union.

England seems to have to bear the brunt of the changes for most certainly it does not escape, for England is to be graced with 12 elected Mayors in local authorities or regions. Although this is named as the Localism Bill, to me its seems more like a Centralism Bill because it seems to confer many more power on to the Secretary of State to issue regulations and orders and to interfere in local affairs. On top of that is the worrying proposal of “shadow Mayors”, now where on earth did THEY come from? Once again the Secretary of State will take powers to appoint some one to a political position in an authority, which sets a very dangerous precedent, and what happens if control changes in the period in which the ‘shadow Mayor’ is in Office, would the Secretary of State appoint a new “shadow Mayor” in such unforeseen circumstances? Would the “shadow Mayor” EXPECT to become the “elected mayor”, and if he/she did not turn out to be the one chosen by the people, expect financial compensation?

People are looking in the direction this Government is pointing them to look to-downwards-they think they are going to ‘have a say’. They are not looking what these changes are making to the United Kingdom as a whole and to their way of life.

Can this Country afford another layer of Governance? Can it afford all the proposed Referendums even? If the Local Council wants a referendum, it could hold one. If the twelve authorities wanted to hold referendum, they could hold them, if 5% of the electorate sign a petition they too could have a referendum. This is not localism, for the Secretary of State would be exercising Centralism when there is a mechanism for both the people and the local authority to call a referendum when and if they want. Where is the money coming from for all this? Is it really localism if the Secretary of State can hold 142 powers for him or herself? NO, because that is consistent with turning it into a Centralism Bill.

Rather surprisingly, most regions will probably object very strongly to paying either in full or in part towards any Fine imposed on the United Kingdom by the EU? I read that the London Borough of Hackney opposes the clauses (31-34) which allow for EU fines to be passed on to local authorities. This is like asking your neighbour to pay your fine for speeding etc. The neighbour may not even have a car, never mind speeding, yet would be expected to pay the fine. However, I did cover this in a previous article on the subject of the Localism Bill.

One paragraph in the Bill had me “foxed” for a little while “As amended in the Public Bill Committee, to be considered. (LOCALISM BILL: Queen’s Consent and Prince of Wales’s Consent to be signified on Third Reading.) So this Bill even touches our Monarch.

The idea of Local Self-Governments comes directly from our own Government. The way that our Country is governed therefore, is obviously by the British Political Party WE elect and actually pay them for Governing us.

Wrong! For our Government takes their orders from the European Union, (Oh yes, all wrapped up nicely in a Treaty) an Organisation whose members are mainly from the Continent of Europe, and most have written Constitutions that allow them to change quite easily to suit whatever occasion. Most have fairly new written Constitutions that came into being after World War II. Our Constitution is not so easily changed, for some parts exist from 1215, Magna Carta, and as this is a Treaty between the British Crown and the people, without their permission it has to remain. Neither Party has been asked, so the easiest route seemed to be to simply “ignore it”. And so that is how matters have remained until this point in time. British Governments since the ratification of that first EU Treaty of Rome as ratified by one Edward Heath have all “ignored” our own Common law Constitution. Yet it is still there, and it is still waiting to be used.

So, the whole idea on Local Governance stems from the European Union. It is certainly all written there in the EU and it does indeed have a “Committee of the Regions” and as the UK is sadly a Member of that Union, it is following its orders that stem from that Union.

Wrong! The EU is also following the Treaties that are laid down in the Council of Europe on Local Governance and a little box is ticked when each country has completed any one of the tasks set for it. So now we have come to understand how it all works, wheels within wheels,

Wrong! For it seems the ones that are masters is the United Nations and yes, there it all is, “Towards a World Charter of local Self Government.” Remember the paragraphs from my previous article on Localism? I place here for you--

I do know-without doubt, that if our UK Localism Bill goes through, with its permanency, our way of life as we have known it, will never be the same again. If anyone thinks there is unrest in this Country, divisions now, this is only the beginning of those divisions and sadly brought about by our very own Politicians. And, like Humpty Dumpty when he fell off the Wall, our Country will never ever be put together again. The only question that remains is, did he fall, or was he pushed.

All this has obviously been planned out over many years. Generously we could say that this might have been thought a way of keeping the peace. If that be so, why the secrecy? Why not be straight with the people and tell them what it is all about. Why are our leaders not proud of what they are doing on our behalf? Is it simply because none of this is in keeping with the solemn Oaths of Allegiance they make again when they take their place in those once proud to work in, Houses of Parliament?

Is it perhaps because each country will be bound, permanently bound together and therefore would not fight or make war? Sadly, it does not happen like that at all, we only have to read the daily paper to know that or watch the news on our Televisions to realise that. Every Country’s way of life is different, and those ways should be recognised and respected. Working with each other but never governed by them.

I am from a era that went through the last war when Hitler tried to destroy this Country, yes and, as the saying goes, was "bombed to Hell" because we lived by Barton Bridge over the Manchester Ship Canal and the Great Power Station and Aqueduct. So many, many died in that war, but what for? Now, sadly unless they wake up in time, our own elected Politicians are doing what Hitler wanted to do, but from what I am reading now- that dream has taken another turn for we are looking at World Government and this is just the first step towards it. Many more will have to die long before their time, to complete it.

Dear Readers and ACL supporters,

My apologies for not responding to all your very thoughtful comments to my last couple posts. I have no excuse other than I came down with a case of Iditamania and have been completely absorbed in the race! Until now, I never understood the passion people have for the Iditarod. I studied it, because of the auctions we held, but I wasn't ever what you could call a fan.

So, it's not over yet and the end is very exciting right now. John Baker, the first Coast Native who may ever win the Iditarod Trail Race is in the lead, so I'm still not going to respond to all of you, yet. But I do feel I need to address the comments coming in regarding what I said about my dad beating me up, and my brother's assurance to me that it was the right thing for Fred to do.

First of all, I said it somewhat figuratively. "Beat me up" was just a basic concept of how he reacted. I feel terrible that I mentioned it at all now, because it had a different meaning for me and my brother than it did for some readers.

There was a method to my dad's training and by the time I was a woman I understood and appreciated it. He was preparing me to do battle with some powerful enemies.

Explain to me why I'm the ONLY one who stood fast for the people in my neighborhood when the communitarians invaded in 1999. It took every ounce of courage and training Fred drilled into me to stand up to the police and the parade of lawyers and experts who attacked without warning. It was my dad telling me to get all the facts before I made a decision. It was Fred's daughter interrupting the meetings of the land use planners who were operating under the premise that our 4th and 5th Amendment Rights had been balanced. More often than not, I was completely alone at these crucial meetings, where communitarian liars like Jody Kretzman were plying their wares to an unaware and unsuspecting citizenry.

I didn't stop fighting for our rights just because the planners had more power and I could get "hurt." I didn't run and cower in a corner whining about what was happening to us, like many in my neighborhood did. The fact is most of my neighbors thought I was a fool for believing in American justice at all! Besides my daughter and siblings, nobody has ever completely understood why I was so willing to throw down 100% of my weight and hold the line.

My dad was a devoted American patriot of the old school. I was raised by a man who lived by his principles, right or wrong. So hell no, I didn't flinch when the Community cops got in my face and sneered and threatened me. The more the Seattle government tried to intimidate me, the braver and more determined I became. As the years passed and more insults and threats became the norm in my life, I didn't slink off and start writing romance novels. I got to work and built the biggest website about communitarian plans, programs, laws, theories, and players in the entire world. Then, because it took every waking moment to do this unfathomable lone feat, I went camping, made a camp that would have made my fastidious dad proud, just so that my overhead was low enough to keep me writing for the ACL.

You think people like me are born with the desire to help protect what's right and ours, for everyone and not just ourselves? No. My dad taught me to fight for all our freedom, because there's always someone who wants to steal it away. He taught me that strong people like us have to defend the weaker members of society because they cannot defend themselves.

Was he a tough son of a bitch? Oh yes he was. Did he treat us in ways that would cause his arrest today? Most certainly. But will you ever see the likes of me in the future generations you protect with your peaceful and loving child rearing laws? No, you won't.

My dad was a realist. He "proceeded by way of observation, not by way of illusion."

There were many, many honorable lessons too, for example, I wasn't allowed to hit women nor throw the first punch. Maybe it's not spiritual to say this, but life is brutal and not everyone wants to "get along." I have had more than one occasion to use my fighting skills in my own self defense, and unlike many women who come from poor working class NCO Army wages backgrounds, I can say I've never been raped. "No brag, just fact."

We can hope and pray all we want for a peaceful coexistence with everyone on the planet, but that's not going to stop LA21 and may actually be part of the way we've been duped into crying in our beer and wine while we watch our freedom get flushed down the toilet. This is WAR. It's very real. I think it's funny as hell that I am one of the few trained soldiers America has in the field, and some people think I should change my tactics and start preaching peace. Sorry, but I'd rather win (as in: not give in) this war against communitarian terrorism. What kind of peace agreement do you think we can get with murderers, liars and thieves who hide behind a veil of charity? What concept of peace would you have me expound on? Yours? or mine?

I can probably never explain our dad in a way gentle souls who are horrified by violence can understand. My brother knows that my father called me Tiger all my life, because we had a very special relationship based on shared core values. He helped me become the kind of person who is nice to everybody but will fight back and defend themselves or others in an unjustified attack, no matter what it takes, no matter how long it takes, even if it means certain death.

Plus, my basic training under Fred ended when I was 19. I'm 54. Lot's happened since then. :)

On March 7, 2011, Roger Hayes from the British Constitution Group (BCG), known most prominently for efforts to publicize the "Lawful Rebellion" issue, stood up in court during his bankruptcy case, and with the support of fellow BCG members attempted to Lawfully arrest the presiding judge. The judge was of course quickly protected and rescued to safety by "police officers" (NWO policy enforcers).

However, the people very clearly showed their contempt for the status quo when more than 500 BCG members and supporters used social networking and alternative media sites to organize themselves at the Birkenhead County Court in England in order to perform the arrest.

The BCG itself works to reclaim the people's right to govern, providing a counterforce to "acts of treason having been committed by the collective political establishment, aided and abetted by corrupt segments of the judiciary, the police, the Church and the civil service."

The BCG said that this is only the beginning for any judge who un-Lawfully uses his position to oppress the British people.

Such positive efforts should not go by without bringing attention to these judges' mafia-boss, Elizabeth Battenberg ("E2"), as her reign (of terror) extends to all 54 Common Wealth nations, including sixteen U.N. Member-States such as Canada, Australia, and New Zealand to name a few. Thus, for instance, a Lawful Rebellion equally applies to Canada and should begin there as well.

It would not be far-fetched to say this also includes the USA, as an unofficial but longstanding British colony, bankrupted by a sinister and ruthlessly controlled US Federal Reserve (the American branch of the Bank of England).

When any judge swore the Judicial Oath before Almighty God, they broke the First Commandment; which is, to serve only God. Swearing the judicial Oath of Allegiance to Mrs. Elizabeth Battenberg/Mountbatten, who herself is also known by the fraudulent, criminal alias: Queen Elizabeth the Second; makes the judge's own oath unlawful and therefore Null and Void. ALL judges are therefore fraudulently impersonating a real judge and have no Lawful authority.

Verdict - GUILTY.

In scenes reminiscent of Nazi Germany, a 13 week old baby was wrenched from the breast of his mother by a female police officer at 4.30 a.m. today, in Ammonford police station, South Wales. The baby was then handed to a scruffy, unkempt single male "social worker", who strapped him into a hard plastic car seat on a very cold night, with no addition blankets or soft toys, and drove off to an unknown destination. The mother’s partner, as well as other family members and friends present, were sickened at the cold cruelty of the collaborative action by police and Swansea Social Services.

The events in the police station took place after the mother had walked out of a secret Neath Court hearing which took place on Wednesday and Thursday earlier this week, where Swansea Social Services were attempting to remove her child. During the court proceedings, held under Statute Law, the mother challenged the lawfulness of the Court, correctly and accurately stating that Statute Law Courts are unlawful under Common Law. Despite repeated declarations by the lady judge that the all parties in the Court were independent, the brave mother also exposed that the proceedings were unlawfully biased against her, her partner and their baby, by fact that a signed Contract of Partnership existed between the Family Law Division and Cafcass. Holding a copy of the signed Contract the mother asked how the bench could be both independent and within a partnership contract.

Further bias was shown in the Court, in that Swansea Social Services staff called as witnesses, were allowed to remain in Court throughout proceedings. The parents however, were denied the right for their own family witnesses to be in Court to observe proceedings. McKenzie friends, acting for the parents in court were shocked to watch as a female Social Service worker was blatantly coached by her colleagues at the rear of the Court, whilst she gave testimony against the mother from the witness box. Alerted by the mother, the Judge refused to take action.

Following a difficult earlier life which had resulted in Social Services taking other children from her on the fictitious claim of emotional harm, two children later returned home to the mother with horrifying stories of abuse in Social Services care. Contrary to the ‘personality disorder’ picture painted by Swansea Social services, the children were even prepared to write their own statements as to the loving care they had received from their mother, both during her period on alcohol and drugs, and subsequently since she had started a new life, in a new home, with the hard working and loving father of her new child.

Harassed by Swansea Social Services since before the birth of her latest child, bullied with up to 16 telephone calls from them in a single day, suffering a stream of different and unknown social workers at her door every week, as well as aggressive calls from Swansea Legal Services, the mother was totally failed by the poor, if not incompetent, performance of her Legal Team. Knowing from previous experience that Social Services were now set on taking her newborn son, she decided to act for herself as Litigant in Person, assisted by two members of the public.

Despite being exhausted by disturbed nights with her baby, the need to leave the Court to breastfeed, and being untrained in law, this exceptional and loving mother was able to expose that the Court proceedings were both biased and unlawful. She also exposed that previous Court Orders were unlawful, in that they contained no signatures. Family members highlighted that psychological reports, alleging that the mother had a personality disorder, had also been exposed as liable to errors, and were based on pseudo scientific theory. A psychologist had also recommended ‘treatment’ for the Christian mother based on Buddhist meditation mantras.

Walking out of the Court in disgust, the exhausted mother sought refuge for a few days to recover, before resuming the fight to protect her child. This action was to unleash a massive police search in the South West of England, before the mother was finally arrested by South Wales police at 1.30 in the morning on her way back to her parents. Witnesses to the police action watched with incredulity as five police cars, festooned with blue flashing lights, stopped cars carrying the mother and her baby. Those present at the scene report that the ten police officers present were cold and aggressive in their haste to pull the mother and her child from the car, before racing off at speeds over 70 mph to Ammonford police station.

Desperate to stop the baby being given to the grubby South Wales Social Worker, the mother’s parents and friends had demanded to see the Court Order authorising the police and Swansea Social Services’ action. They were appalled to be given a Swansea Court Order containing no Court Stamp and no signature – omissions which render the document invalid at law.

Despite his dependence on his mother’s breast milk, due to a serious allergy to formula milk products which could result in his death, his parents and friends now have no idea of the location of the baby, or the quality of his care. Readers of the story will be further alarmed to know that Swansea Social Services are under ongoing investigation for incompetence and allegedly dangerous practices which have placed other children in harm. That this can be done via unlawful and secret Family Courts, and with the full collusion of the police, is a state of affairs that should drive every person to demand immediate investigative action from their Member of Parliament. After all, these are the very people responsible for overseeing these disgraceful and disturbing events. We should perhaps remember that a vicious part the Nazi system established itself through a creeping infiltration of the social services responsible for the care of the physically and mentally disabled. We have been warned.

The 52nd Anniversary of the Tibetan National Uprising will be commemorated in the UK with a series of events. On Uprising Day itself (Thursday 10 March) there will be a Mass Lobby of Parliament, where Tibetans and supporters will be directly lobbying their MPs and calling for action on Tibet. The Lobby will be preceded by a wreath-laying ceremony outside Westminster Abbey. On Saturday 12 March the annual Tibet Freedom March will take place through central London, finishing with a rally outside the Chinese Embassy.
