This decision follows a ruling last October by then Home Secretary Jacqui Smith, currently being sued for her utter stupidity by American radio show host Michael Savage, to allow McKinnon’s extradition.
This is a ruling by an incompetent Home Secretary which should actually be null and void, due to the fact that, by her own admission, she was totally hopeless and out of her depth in the role of Home Secretary – she wished she had had “training” for the job – at Home Secretary College I suppose!
The present Home Secretary Alan Johnson – a pea-brained, former postman who presumably has not been to HomeSecretarialCollege either, insists he has “no powers” to demand the trial take place in the UK.

I seem to remember something about a basic priciple of English Law and mentally impaired adults that – just like children, they must always have a responsible adult present to ensure their best interests, and to prevent injustice taking place, when being questioned by police!

Last week, the one-time Trotskyist and perpetual student Alan Milburn (he still hasn’t finished his PhD), in a ‘commission’ set up by Gordon Brown (a student hard Leftist himself), launched an apparently bone-headed assault on the professions and the great universities.
Can Mr Milburn really be as stupid as he sounds? Or is there another motive here? What sort of Government is this really? (I think I know but do you Peter?!)
Just days ago we learned that the latest Defence Secretary, in his 30s, attended an unknown number of meetings of the secretive, pro-IRA International Marxist Group, an episode he flatly refuses to discuss further.
Given that this Government did in fact grant ‘Victory to the IRA’, as the IMG demanded, it seems relevant to me. One of his forerunners, the menacing ‘Doctor’ John Reid, was an adult member of the pro-Soviet Communist Party.
The most powerful Minister in the Government is Peter Mandelson once a member of the Young Communist League. Tony Benn, who ought to know, maintains that the Chancellor of the Exchequer, Alisair Darling was also an active Trotskyist and levels a similar allegation against Stephen Byers, once a prominent member of the Blairite inner circle.
None of these people has ever been frank about his Marxist past or apologised for it or explained it. Almost all of them would have kept it secret if they could (just as Anthony Blair dishonestly denied his membership of that KGB tool, the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament).
None of them, in my view, has given up the radicalism of the past. They have simply discovered that they can use Parliament to achieve a revolution they once thought would need barricades and red flags. And these, I stress, are only the ones we know about.
Who knows how many others – MPs, Ministers, civil servants, judges, BBC executives, even Bishops – still treasure revolutionary aims? Now, there is one other recorded instance of a Marxist government coming to power legally in an advanced, law-governed parliamentary democracy with a strong middle class and independent professions. That is Czechoslovakia in 1948.
The parallels are not, of course, exact. The Czech communists had Russian tanks behind them and could move much faster and much more ruthlessly. But they concentrated their attacks on the police, the armed forces and the professions.
And they sought to drive the middle classes out of higher education, by deliberate discrimination against those whose parents were professionals themselves.
They also destroyed the savings of the middle class, attacked religion and the married family, used the schools for relentless propaganda and rapidly dismantled the constitutional protections against absolute power.
Remind you of anywhere? I said back in 1997 that New Labour was engaged in a slow-motion coup d’etat. Speed up the past 12 years (like that wonderful old film London To Brighton In Four Minutes) and you could easily see it for what it is.
But most of the media classes still moronically describe New Labour as ‘Right-wing’. Marxists have a term for them as well. It is ‘Useful Idiots’.
The last remaining hereditary peers seem to be doomed. The Tory Party, too greedy for office to have any principles, don’t understand that this is a bad thing.
Once the peers are gone, the Throne will be next and what principle will they be able to call on to defend that, having sold this pass?
And doesn’t Mr Cameron think inheritance is important, not least when it concerns the property and money he hopes to inherit? Bet he does. Quite right too.
Without the right of inheritance, there’s no private property. Without private property, there’s no liberty. That’s why socialist revolutionaries hate the hereditaries.
Is election such a guarantee of quality? Recent events in the Commons don’t seem to suggest so.
As for appointed peers, do we really prefer the foul-mouthed Alan Sugar to some decrepit, diffident 19th Earl of somewhere, smelling faintly of old dog, with a crumbling country house and a thousand years of duty and honour behind him?"

A few general pointers:-
I reside in Shaftesbury and took the liberty of enquiring as to this movement and its activities behind the scenes. While it has no direct influence over the Town Council at the moment; the curent mayor being no apparatchnik, it has twisted its tentacles into the County Council and in my opinion, advised their involvement in the Icelandic banks to the tune of twenty eight million. Which of course they lost.
Allegedly both private old people's homes are registered to CP, one of the solicitors belongs as does an organisation called 'Common Ground'. Several people involved in community groups have done CP courses and have denied the suggestions made by myself as to the evils of this parasite.
My main concern is with a rapidly growing 'cult' movement called Transition Towns. Have you looked at this in any way?. I started a group here and then belatedly discovered that six out of the eight trustees are Schumacher College graduates. This college has given covert funding and as you know is where Julia Middleton hangs out when she fancies the west country for a break. She also addressed the first TT conference on the subject of eugenics although you will find no evidence of this on their current website. It seems that somebody ensured that this information was censored when I started asking questions. Having been sidelined as my opinions did not follow the party line I have been attempting to control the way the current committee is directing the propaganda ie into the schools and the films being aimed at the general public. They screened 'The Age of Stupid' last Saturday night which was short on scientific evidence and long on emotional techniques. I do recognise NLP methods when they are directed at the people and have said so.

Official correspondence, released under the United Kingdom's Freedom of Information law, reveals that U.S. radio talk-show host Michael Savage's name was placed on a list of people banned from Britain in order to provide "balance" to a "least wanted" list dominated by Muslim extremists, and the decision was made "at the highest level of government," the London Daily Mail reported today.
"We will want to ensure that the names disclosed reflect the broad range of cases and are not all Islamic extremists," reads a draft recommendation, marked "Restricted," that was obtained as part of Savage's libel lawsuit against the government and former Home Secretary Jacqui Smith.
Referring to Savage by his birth name, one of the newly released e-mail messages, dated Nov. 27, 2008, from an unnamed Home Office official, says, "with Weiner, I can understand that disclosure of the decision would help provide a balance of types of exclusion cases."
Savage had earlier accused Smith of having plucked his name out of a hat because he was "controversial and white." These latest revelations add weight to Savage's charge.
Savage told WND today the Home Office chose him to balance the list of Muslim extremists because he is Jewish.
"The name Dreyfus comes to mind. They have attempted to destroy my reputation to avoid offending those Muslims who want to destroy them! The Warsaw ghetto comes to mind, where some Jews threw other Jews into gestapo hands to live another day," he said.
Make no mistake about this – they 'chose' me because I am the only talker in the top five who is Jewish! The old anti-Semitic strain has resurfaced in England, not among the right wing, but on the socialist left. This should galvanize every member of the U.S. media, but will it?"
Another e-mail, released under FOI, points to complicity by other agencies and even Prime Minister Gordon Brown.
"HO [Home Office] intend to include Weiner in their quarterly stats ... Both the FS [foreign secretary] and PM [prime minister] are firmly behind listing and naming such people," it reads.
The internal e-mail communications include a message from an unnamed civil servant whose cautions were ignored.
"I think we could be accused of duplicity in naming him," he wrote without explaining the reason. But, noting a possible mitigating factor that could quell any controversy, he added, "The fact that he is homophobic does help."
The release of the new information follows an earlier erroneous report that Savage's name was to be removed from the list.
Savage told WND July 18 he was "stunned" by a report in London's Daily Mail saying incoming Home Secretary Alan Johnson scrapped his predecessor's list of people banned from Britain – a list that grouped Savage with Islamic hate preachers and terrorists.
Savage had sued outgoing Home Secretary Jacqui Smith for libel for listing him, along with 15 others, as "least wanted" visitors in the country. Meanwhile, Smith's successor, Johnson, called the move a terrible blunder and told the Daily Mail he would scrap the policy of maintaining such enemies lists.
But Savage told WND two days later that according to his attorney, Johnson's announcement did not mean his name had been removed from the list.
"It ain't over till it's over," Savage said on his broadcast that day.
Savage still demands an apology from Smith, who recently admitted she was not up to being home secretary, saying she should have been given some training for the job before being named.
"When I became home secretary I'd never run a major organization," she told Total Politics magazine. "I hope I did a good job but if I did it was more by luck than by any kind of development of skills. I think we should have been better trained. I think there should have been more induction."
Last month, Smith resigned her position in the wake of scandal over personal use of taxpayer funds and her controversial ban of Savage.
Savage took the offensive against her by appearing on a BBC radio program and filing his lawsuit.
Smith contended upon announcing the ban of Savage May 5 that the talk host was "someone who has fallen into the category of fomenting hatred, of such extreme views and expressing them in such a way that it is actually likely to cause inter-community tension or even violence if that person were allowed into the country......"

"....Savage hosts the nation's third most popular radio talk show, with an estimated 8 million listeners a week on about 400 stations, according to his syndicator, the Talk Radio Network.
Savage told WND after the ban was announced last month that his message for Smith and the people of the U.K. was,
"Shame on you. Shame that you've fallen to such a low level."
"It's interesting to me that here I am a talk show host, who does not advocate violence, who advocates patriotic traditional values – borders, language, culture – who is now on a list banned in England," Savage said. "What does that say about the government of England? It says more about them than it says about me."
The U.K. list also includes Hamas leader Yunis Al-Astal, former Ku Klux Klan grand wizard Stephen Donald Black, neo-Nazi Erich Gliebe and radical American pastor Fred Phelps, known for his virulent anti-gay protests at funerals. Phelps' daughter Shirley Phelps-Roper also is on the list.
On his website, Savage appealed to his listeners to contribute to his legal fund, which he has used for various efforts, including a lawsuit last year against the Council on American-Islamic Relations for waging a boycott using excerpts of his copyrighted remarks. In the case of Savage's U.K. ban, however, CAIR has sided with Savage, arguing "freedom of speech is a two-way street."
What is "community health?" Is there anything more vague than putting the word "community" in front of something that normally only applies to individuals? Among the countless horrors our Dear Leader wants to visit upon us with his health care “reform” bill is this: ”grants to states to improve immunization coverage of children, adolescents, and adults through the use of evidence-based interventions. States may use funds to implement interventions that are recommended by the Community Preventive Services Task Force, such as reminders or recalls for patients or providers, or home visits.”
“The bill lists eight specific ways that states may use federal grant money to carry out immunization-promoting ‘interventions.’ Method ‘E’ calls for ‘home visits’ which can include ‘provision of immunizations.’”
In other words, whether you want your kids (or yourself) to receive certain vaccines, the state can forcibly administer them in your home.

The title "Task Force" has such a militaristic tone it always suprises me how often the communitarian government uses it to describe how they're going to "help" us. Like the Anchorage Mayor's Task Force on Obesity, these overeducated, overdecorated academic elite phonies think their communitarian titles entitle them to intrude on our bodies.. literally. These people are the 21st century's most honored version of Nazi medical teams. We the people obviously need to establish our own Task Force on Communitarian Scams. The US Constitution prohibits officials from accepting Titles of Nobility, so, naturally, the crafty communitarians elevated their academic titles above the status of nobility... they are bestowed with "god" status. Now when an average person dares to question the "authority" of these community health teams to enter homes and force preventions, they are questioning the wisdom of all these people at the top... and really... come on.. how many books have you written and how many extra letters follow your name? You're all just a bunch of nobodies who don't even exist without the community. Your lowly opinions and your claims to own your own bodies is a sign of your ignorance. Fr Michael Seed (pictured with Cherie Blair), a Franciscan priest well-known for his relations with prominent people, has claimed in an interview with France 24 that Tony Blair "has a very intense and very deep faith", adding that Mr Blair has been an "honorary Catholic" (implying a de facto Catholic) since his marriage to Cherie in 1980. I think Fr Seed needs to ask both himself and Mr Blair: How does Mr Blair square his 30-year-old purported Catholic faith with his almost equally long public record of attacking Catholic teaching on pro-life and pro-family issues? Since Mr Blair's reception into the Catholic Church, not only has he refused to repudiate his anti-life/anti-family political record, he has also attacked the Catholic Church's teaching on pro-family issues. Elsewhere in the interview Fr Seed referred in passing to 19th century anti-Catholic laws (largely dormant) under which Catholics can in certain circumstances be jailed for witnessing to their Catholic faith in public. What Fr Seed neglected to mention was that because of the laws, policies and practices supported by Mr Blair whilst in parliament, additional rules now apply to Catholics, bringing down the force of the law upon:
If Tony Blair had voted for laws permitting the killing specifically of Franciscans or Jews or people from ethnic minorities, and refused to repudiate such laws, would Fr Seed still then say that Tony Blair has "has a very intense and very deep faith"? I suggest that Fr Seed read the masterly analysis of Tony Blair's faith by Monsignor Michel Schooyans, one of the Vatican's leading scholars.
